Therapy dog teams that have completed their training classes should use this registration type

This evaluation is for prospective therapy dog teams that have completed the NCTD 7-week Therapy Dog Training Class, which included the Handler's class.

Information regarding your 20-minute evaluation period will be provided during your therapy dog training classes.
